  • Broken stirrer

Leading the mixology movement are Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta, the duo behind Bar Lab. They are the geniuses who designed the concept. Mini Bar is a South Beach hot spot that’s small in size but big on creativity. It is a picturesque local hotel bar within the Hotel Urbanica. The most unique thing we have here are the cocktails with the mini bottles. Find it at 418 Meridian Ave.

Cocktail to try: The Pucker Up is your twist on a spicy margarita, Topped off with a small bottle of tequila, The Birds in Traps is a frozen treat made from pineapple juice, Campari and a mini bottle of rum, and fans of Bloody Mary .

 

  • Byblos

Located in the Art Deco Shorecrest building in Miami Beach, Byblos has a dynamic mix of tasty Eastern Mediterranean dishes and creative cocktails. Find it at 1545 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach FL 33139.

Cocktail to try: Gulab (which means rose in Hindi and Arabic) with Absolute Elyx vodka infused with roses, pomegranate, lemon and rose water.

  • Ordinary Milo

Located in Brickell, Blackbird Ordinary hosts live bands and weekly parties, but it’s their cocktails with a twist that regulars really have coming back for more. Find it at 729 SW First Avenue, Miami, FL 33130.

Cocktail to try: Blackbird with Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Vodka, blackberries and lemonade.

 

  • Bleau Bar

De Fontainebleau Bleau Bar It is the perfect place to have an artisan cocktail and people watch. The iconic Hotel has long been considered for its stellar cocktail program and they are constantly adding new libations to the list. Find it at 4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach FL 33140.

Cocktail to try: Fuego together with poblano pepper infused with pepper, passion fruit, vanilla syrup, chichicapa mezcal and jalapeño.

Located in one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods, Park West in the city center, La Corner has a relaxed vibe and offers a selection of cocktails labeled “classic” and “nouveaux”. Find it at 1035 N. Miami Avenue, Miami FL 33136.

Cocktail to try: Cham-Wow with Kettle One Vodka, Champagne Brut, Fresh Raspberries and citrus.

  • 15th & Vin´s
